Q: Is the Serta iComfort Insight Gel Memory Foam mattress shipped in a rolled/vacuum packed state or is it shipped flat? Is it made in America or elsewhere?

Q: I like my foundation (king size/low rise). Can I use the same boxspring with the iComfort?

A: Yes any traditional boxspring will work with this mattress- although we always recommend using the same boxspring as the mattress brand at which you are buying.
